Cooking Through Columbus is a cookbook / city guide that explores and educates readers on the incredible culinary scene in Columbus, Ohio. We have partnered with 70+ restaurants to provide readers with a behind the scenes look at what the best and most beloved restaurants in Columbus are all about. Each Establishment in the book features a write up about the history of the spot as well as a recipe people can cook at home. The book will be 300+ pages and feature Quotes, interviews, and incredible photos from the best places around town. We are in contract with Globe Pequot Publishing and will be on shevles in October 2023.
